About the Role:
At VRIFY, we are expanding the capabilities of our AI Team with the addition of a Senior Geophysicist. Your role will primarily focus on data compilation and interpretation, serving as a geophysical expert within a team that thrives on data-driven insights. You'll play a key role in synthesizing geophysical information to support our AI-driven targeting solutions, driving innovation in exploration strategies for our clients. As an integral member of our AI Team, you will be at the forefront of blending traditional exploration geophysics with modern data analytics. Your contributions will be vital in transforming raw data into actionable insights, thereby influencing decision-making processes in exploration ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and synthesize geophysical data from various sources to support analysis and modeling efforts.
- Interpret geophysical (with an emphasis on geological) data within the context of broader data science objectives, providing insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot problematic geophysical data where necessary; function as the team resource for geophysics.
- Work collaboratively with data scientists to integrate geophysical (with an emphasis on geological) understanding into predictive models and analytical tools.
- Participate in the development and refinement of data compilation methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute geophysical expertise to cross-disciplinary projects, ensuring that geoscience perspectives are represented and valued.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Geophysics.
- Geophysical Expertise: Demonstrated experience (8 years minimum) in geophysical data compilation, processing and interpretation for mineral exploration.
- Technical Skills: Competence in geophysical software (Geoscience Analyst preferred), GIS, remote sensing tools, and familiarity with databases. Exposure to data analysis software (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Collaborative/Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary remote team and with our clients, bridging the gap between geology and data science.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

About the Role:
At VRIFY, we are growing our Data Services team with the addition of a Geoscientist – Data Services. Your role will focus on validating, compiling, and synthesizing complex geological data into clean, structured inputs that power VRIFY's software products. Working at the intersection of geology, data analytics, and data management, you'll collaborate closely with our data engineering, software development, and geology teams.
As a member of the team, you'll help build and refine the data-driven geological tools that sit at the core of our platform, turning raw, varied datasets into reliable inputs our AI models and clients depend on. Your work will directly shape the quality and usability of the geoscience data that flows through everything we build.
Core Responsibilities
- Data Compilation & QA/QC: Reviewing, validating, normalizing, and merging diverse geological datasets (e.g., drillhole, geochemical, geophysical, and spatial data) from client and public sources. Use developed QA/QC tools on data to ensure deliverables meeting quality and usability metrics.
- Methodology & Workflow Improvement: Assist in defining, refining, and automating data processing standards to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Product & AI Beta Testing: Act as an internal tester and subject matter expert for new AI/ML tools, features, and platform enhancements, providing direct feedback from a geoscience data perspective to the product and engineering teams.
- Project Tracking & Communication: Maintain accurate and timely records of Professional Services hours rendered, client project tracking metrics, and updates on compilation timelines, data blockers, and escalations using designated team tools and channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. or higher in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related geoscience field.
- Professional Registration: Registered Geologist in Training (GIT) or actively eligible/on the pathway to obtain GIT status.
- Experience: 1–3 years of practical geological experience (exploration, mining, environmental, or consulting background).
- Data & Technical Skills: High comfort level working with varied geoscience data structures (GIS, database management, 3D spatial data).
- Assets: Exposure to Python, SQL, or specialized geoscience databases/scripting for data manipulation.

VRIFY is seeking a Knowledge Enablement Coordinator to support the creation and management of our technical documentation and training resources. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients and internal teams have access to clear, concise, and accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, release notes, and training materials.
- Help manage a knowledge base system, ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Work with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
- Assist in creating and delivering training programs and materials for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and branding guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Geology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–1 years of experience in technical writing or customer service; internships or co-op experience count.
- Interest in or exposure to geology or the mining industry is an asset.
- Comfortable learning knowledge management systems and documentation tools.
- Interest in working with or explaining AI models.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Knowledge-Centred Service (KCS) methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
